Mondelēz International is seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team in Vienna, Austria. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Business Growth: Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that drive business growth and excellence.
  • HR Business Partner: Provide expert HR advice and guidance to business leaders to ensure effective talent management, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
  • Talent Management: Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent within the organization.
  • Change Management: Lead and advise on change management initiatives to ensure a smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, including Austrian labor law.
Requirements:
  • HR Expertise: Proven experience in HR leadership with a strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and analyze business data to inform HR decisions.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees.
  • Language: Fluent English and German language skills.
  • Education: University degree in a relevant field.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive Salary: EUR 77,300 per year, split into 14 pays for full-time employees.
