We are seeking a skilled Backend Software Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in software development with C# and .NET, as well as proficiency in Redis, RabbitMQ, and MS SQL.

Responsibilities- Optimize and further develop central software solutions to continuously enhance the industry-leading platform
- Mastery integration of external systems ensuring seamless functionality
- Develop internal components and subsystems contributing significantly to overall functionality
- Drive innovations in close collaboration with other development teams
- Contribute ideas and actively shape the development process in a small agile team
- At least 5 years of experience in software development with C# or senior level skills
- Profound knowledge in C#.NET, ideally complemented by experience with Redis, RabbitMQ, and MS SQL
- Fluent English skills are essential; German skills are desirable but willingness to learn is crucial
- Value collaboration in a diverse team and appreciate a relaxed work atmosphere
- Flexible working hours without fixed core times giving you full autonomy over your schedule
