Business Partner Role

To strengthen the Marketing Controlling Team, we are seeking a skilled Controller at our Headquarters in Fuschl am See.

This Business Partner will support our Marketing Departments through data preparation and analysis, providing valuable insights to drive business decisions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for our global Business Planning Tool, ensuring a timely and accurate yearly roll-out.

This role requires a strong finance background, with experience in financial processes and analysis, ideally in the FMCG sector.

A university degree in Finance, Business Economics, or Controlling is required, along with fluency in English and German skills as an advantage.

Proficiency in SAP ERP, SAP BI, and Hyperion, as well as excellent Excel skills and VBA, is necessary.

The successful candidate will take ownership of challenges, creating effective solutions and driving results-oriented performance.

This role requires strong analytical, numeric, and communication skills, with a self-motivated, self-directed, and open-minded team player attitude.

Accurate working and hands-on mentality are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Partnering: Serve as a well-trusted finance business partner and sparring partner for our Marketing Departments.
  • Data Analysis: Prepare and analyze data to provide valuable insights to drive business decisions.
  • Business Planning: Ensure a timely and accurate yearly roll-out of our global Business Planning Tool.
  • Financial Processes: Support our Marketing Departments in all financial and budget-related matters.
Qualifications

A minimum of 3 years of experience in Controlling, with a solid understanding of financial processes and analysis.

University Degree in Finance, Business Economics, or Controlling.

Fluent English, German skills as an advantage.

Proficiency in SAP ERP, SAP BI, and Hyperion, as well as excellent Excel skills and VBA.

Willingness to build on existing knowledge/ learn data analytics and data visualization tools.

Strong analytical, numeric, and communication skills.

Self-motivated, self-directed, and open-minded team player.

Accurate working and hands-on mentality.
