Job Title: Business Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Controller to join our team at Antal Sp. z o.o. in Altenmarkt im Pongau, Sankt Johann im Pongau, Salzburg. As a Business Controller, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and planning support to our business units, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and contributing to the development of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide financial analysis and planning support to business units, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and tools to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and external partners.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial planning and analysis role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, including Excel, SAP, and Oracle.
