Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Retail Manager to drive business growth through leadership and customer-centric approach. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring operational tasks are executed seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance and ensure seamless execution of store operations.
  • Customer Experience: Foster a culture of customer obsession, driving sales growth through personalized interactions and fostering loyalty.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate company policies, procedures, and initiatives to team members, ensuring a cohesive and aligned store environment.
  • Store Presentation and Sales Floor Supervision: Oversee visual merchandising, store displays, and sales floor supervision to create an engaging and inviting shopping experience.
  • Asset Protection: Implement measures to prevent loss and protect company assets, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Policies and Procedures Adherence: Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, promoting a culture of accountability and responsibility within the team.
Requirements:
  • 1 Year of Retail Experience Required
  • Fluent in English and German

Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this position is €29,530 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
