Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Strategic Digital Customer Solutions Manager to join our team in developing and implementing innovative digital customer projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving the development of digitalization strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Manage strategic customer projects in digital solutions, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding customer expectations.
- Maintain sustainable customer relationships through proactive communication, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
- Establish NETCONOMY as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to customers, providing expert guidance on digital transformation.
- Develop and implement digitalization strategies, leveraging agile methodologies to drive project execution and results.
- Foster collaboration and problem-solving among cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in portfolio management for enterprise customers, with a proven track record of success.
- Expertise in managing large-scale software development projects using agile methodologies, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Strong customer orientation, excellent presentation skills, and fluency in German and English.
- Competitive salary: €75,000 per year (gross).
