Head of Dealer Network Management

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Head of Network Development at BYD Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive network and sales growth in the assigned region.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a market representation business plan to achieve volume and share growth objectives.
- Identify and onboard new dealer partners to expand the BYD network.
- Create and implement a network consolidation strategy to optimize the BYD network.
- Manage performance improvement growth processes at underperforming BYD stores.
- Negotiate dealership and related contracts/agreements.
- Bachelor's degree or above in business management or engineering.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the automotive industry within the hiring regions.
- Excellent business acumen and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in German and English, with additional language skills a plus.
