Job Description:

You will work within the Packing Department Projects division, joining an established team of Engineers in the delivery of improvements to help integrate new products or processes into the existing manufacturing area, through the execution of project work in compliance with current regulatory and company requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help establish departmental goals, schedules, and timetables for activities.
  • Plan and schedule work in accordance with plant demand and available manpower.
  • Maintain adequate stores stock levels and ensure proper in/out control.
  • Ensure compliance with Company International Global Standards, GMP & Environmental requirements.

Project Management:

  • Lead plant capital projects as assigned.
  • Presentation of project charters and business case proposals for review with the management team.

Financial Management:

  • Procure vendor services that are fit for purpose, cost-effective, and incorporate appropriate Service Level Agreements.

Validation:

  • Ensure full implementation of all projects in line with site validation programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent discipline with a minimum of 5 years relevant Engineering Experience.
  • Knowledge of an Automated Manufacturing Environment and packing equipment.
