About Us

We are a remote-friendly and multinational team, passionate about solving challenging technical problems in various domains. Our engineers work on creating a robust Workflow Execution Engine, designing & building scalable API Endpoints, integrating numerous third-party APIs with a focus on stability, and more.

Your Mission

  • Develop moderately sized features and improvements to our product by collaborating closely with our CTO Robert, Product Management and your team members from the engineering team.
  • Craft code that meets our internal standards for style, maintainability, and best practices. Maintain and advocate for these standards through code review.
  • Recognize technical debt, argue for its resolution, and implement solutions.
  • Advocate and take ownership of improvements in product quality, security, and performance. Solve technical problems of moderate scope and complexity independently.
  • Provide mentorship for Junior and Intermediate Engineers on your team to help them grow in their technical responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders outside of the Engineering team and communicate technical concepts to them effectively.

Requirements

  • You have 5+ years of professional experience with elements of our tech stack, which includes NodeJS, TypeScript, DynamoDB, AWS Cloud Infrastructure (CDK, ECS, EC2, Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, API Gateway, CloudFront, EventBridge), Vitest, Git and Docker.
  • You are fluent in English, both written and verbal, sufficient for success in a remote-friendly and multinational work environment. Proficiency in German is a plus but not required.
  • You are experienced in owning a project from concept to production, including proposal, discussion, and execution.
  • You are self-motivated and self-managing, with excellent organizational skills. You have a positive and solution-oriented mindset.

Salary

We offer a competitive salary above industry standards, with a base salary starting at €63,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
