On behalf of our client, a prestigious hotel in Austria, we are seeking a highly skilled Executive Chef Assistant to join their culinary team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare mise en place for all menus to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Prepare, cook, and present food consistently to hotel and restaurant standards, including staff meals as instructed by senior chefs.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience as an Executive Chef Assistant in a 4-star or 5-star hotel or fine dining restaurant.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this dynamic role.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, evenings, and occasional early mornings.
  • Fluency in German and English.
