Salary and BenefitsThe annual gross salary for this position starts at approximately €47,000 (44,700 Euro + neutral company car) and may be higher based on experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:

As a Category Management Specialist - Produce and Fresh Goods, you will play a key role in shaping the success of our international stores. Your responsibilities will include:
- Implementing and monitoring negotiations with suppliers to secure optimal prices and delivery terms
- Building and maintaining close relationships with farmers, growers, and suppliers to ensure a continuous supply of high-quality products
- Planning production quantities at an international level to meet customer demand
- Maintaining market awareness and setting purchase prices while monitoring weather forecasts to identify potential supply shortages
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A commercial education, preferably a university degree in economics or business administration
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience in category management
- Good IT skills, including MS Office and knowledge of merchandise management systems and databases
- A good command of English and basic knowledge of German
- High analytical and organizational skills, as well as attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
