We are seeking a highly skilled Global Product Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at AVL List GmbH in Austria. This is an exciting opportunity to participate in local and global projects, develop your skills in quality assurance, and contribute to setting the highest quality standards for our customers worldwide.

About the Role

As a Global Product Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for defining quality requirements for technical products, supporting supplier selection and audits, conducting interface management, and implementing corrective measures. You will also support component approval and product/process optimization.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Definition of quality requirements for technical products in collaboration with development departments
  • Supplier management, including processing complaints and conducting audits
  • Interface management, serving as a first point of contact for quality issues
  • Component approval at suppliers and in production
  • Product and process optimization through FMEA evaluation and implementation

This role requires strong analytical thinking, solution orientation, and communication skills to ensure effective interface management and contribute to a safer and more sustainable future of mobility.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a completed technical training with a focus on mechanical engineering, mechatronics, and at least three years of professional experience in quality assurance in the automotive industry or plant and equipment construction. Proficiency in MS Office programs, knowledge of quality management, and SAP knowledge are advantageous.
