Job Summary
As a Digital Solutions Architect at Avomind, you will play a key role in driving technology strategy and innovation across the DACH region. This leadership position requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and experience in cloud platforms, DevOps, and agile methodologies.

About the Role
In this senior leadership position, you will be responsible for defining and executing technology strategies that align with business objectives. Your primary focus will be on advising clients on technology decisions, leading discovery processes, and ensuring the company stays at the forefront of innovation. You will work closely with engineering teams, business units, and clients to deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive technology strategy for clients in the DACH region
- Lead AI workshops and support productization of AI solutions
- Partner with clients to provide technical expertise and strategic guidance
- Lead technical discovery sessions and collaborate with distributed engineering teams
- Represent the company at industry events and strengthen brand presence
- Work with sales and demand generation teams to support technical pre-sales efforts

Requirements
- C2 level German and C1 English
- Proven experience as CTO, Tech Lead, or Senior Engineer
- Experience with cloud platforms and DevOps best practices
- Deep understanding of agile methodologies and scalable architecture
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in the DACH market and understanding of its business culture
- Willingness to travel within the region and internationally
- Background in HealthTech/FinTech or regulated industries
- Degree in Computer Science or related field
