Job Description
  • You will be responsible for reviewing, recording, and booking incoming and outgoing invoices, including travel expense reports.
  • You will assist with the execution of payment transactions.
  • You will work on optimizing the creditor and debtor accounting process.
  • You will serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers and internal departments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A completed commercial education (HAK, HAS, apprenticeship) is required. A passed certification as a bookkeeper would be beneficial.
  • It is desirable that you have already gained experience in accounting.
  • You enjoy working with numbers and Excel. Experience with SAP would be advantageous but is not a mandatory requirement.
  • You work independently, learn new things quickly, and have a precise way of working.
  • You are committed, bring teamwork to your job, and exchange ideas with other departments.
