About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Navigation & Operations Manager Trainee to join our team at IKEA Vienna Market. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for collaborating with our business stakeholders to drive financial planning, identify commercial opportunities, and analyze investments for ROI.

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our business stakeholders to develop and implement business plans that drive customer experience and financial growth.
  • Drive financial planning and analysis to inform business decisions and optimize store performance.
  • Identify and act on commercial opportunities to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze investments for ROI and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Lead and develop teams to ensure effective succession planning and talent development.
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and compliant environment by implementing relevant guidelines and procedures.

About the Trainee Program

Our 18-month trainee program is designed to provide comprehensive exposure to our business operations, financial planning, and strategic decision-making processes. You will work in each of our Viennese units for six months, receiving training and mentoring from experienced managers to ensure you gain the skills and knowledge needed for the role.
