Cloud Engineering Leadership Position

As a seasoned Cloud Engineer at Dynatrace Austria GmbH, you will play a pivotal role in leading our internal developer platform. This position demands exceptional leadership skills, as you will mentor team members and foster their growth within the company. You will be responsible for conducting regular 1:1 feedback talks to support their development and advocate for Dynatrace's culture, promoting its values and principles within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create automations from repository setup to having a central portal for developers
- Establish golden paths that lead internal developers from project creation to delivering their product
- Shape how developers interact with the platform to efficiently achieve their goals
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 2+ years of proven knowledge in Kubernetes
- Versatility with cloud providers (ideally AWS) and setting up infrastructure as code (e.g., Crossplane, Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Understanding CI/CD, ideally backed by experience with Jenkins or GitHub Actions
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of software engineers

Benefits and Compensation:
We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages. The minimum salary for this position is €56,000 gross per year based on full-time employment (38.5 hours/week). Salary will be higher in line with qualification and experience.
