About the Role:

AVL is seeking a highly skilled Order Management Software Specialist to join our Product Management Test Automation Products department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for software maintenance contract management, preparing regular reporting meetings for global stakeholders, and creating sales analyses in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power BI.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage software maintenance contracts to ensure seamless operations
  • Prepare and present regular reporting meetings to global stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain sales analyses in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power BI
  • Support data management and reporting in Salesforce (SFDC)
  • Organize and execute sales tools training within the business unit IT

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales Management, or Marketing
  • At least 1-2 years of professional experience in software management
  • Strong understanding of numbers and data analysis
  • Proficiency in SAP, Salesforce, and MS Office
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
