As a Senior Agile Transformation Specialist with HUK-COBURG Versicherungsgruppe, you will play a key role in shaping the future of software development teams. Based in Coburg, Germany, this full-time position offers a unique opportunity to drive organizational change and promote agile methodologies.
About the Role
In this challenging and rewarding role, you will be responsible for:
• Coaching and mentoring cross-functional teams to adopt agile principles and practices
• Collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement project plans that align with business objectives
• Monitoring progress, identifying potential roadblocks, and providing guidance to ensure timely delivery of projects
• Facilitating agile processes, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to foster teamwork and continuous improvement
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• A degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar role ( certifications, such as CSM or PSMT, are highly desirable)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
• Experience with agile project management tools, such as Jira and Confluence
