AOP Health is the European pioneer for integrated therapies in rare diseases and critical care. We are seeking an IT Operations Manager to enhance our team in Vienna.

As an IT Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing our cloud-first infrastructure, ensuring the security and reliability of our systems, and leading IT projects from planning to implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain our cloud infrastructure, including servers, clients, and software distribution.
  • Develop and implement security protocols for cloud and on-premises environments.
  • Plan, lead, and execute IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve hardware and software issues.
  • Analyze problems, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in IT project management, infrastructure, security, and network technology.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and Windows operating systems.
  • Strong communication skills in English and German.
  • Knowledge of ITIL frameworks, automation tools (PowerShell), and cloud technologies.
