**Job Description**

As a key member of our finance team, you'll work closely with international Development Studios on financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will ensure accurate reporting and informed product decisions.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement financial planning processes for annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
  • Present financial data and KPIs to stakeholders during monthly Controlling meetings
  • Support green light process for product investment decisions by analyzing financial data and creating comprehensive reports
  • Owning P&L and Balance Sheet, collaborate with various departments on monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
  • Bridge local GAAP financials to IFRS and contribute to Consolidation team's year-end closing process

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A degree in business studies with a focus on controlling/accounting
  • Excellent analytical skills, strong understanding of numbers, and good accounting knowledge
  • Very good English language skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with SAP is advantageous
