About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Solutions Analyst to join our team at Erste Group Bank. As a Business Solutions Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing new data requirements, adapting or creating data catalogues, and specifying data quality checks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing new data requirements and adapting or creating data catalogues and specification of Data Quality checks
  • Supporting in the resolution of operations incidents
  • Collaborating with Risk Business Users across the entire Erste Group in the context of ongoing projects related to technical and regulatory requirements
  • Get involved in the maintenance and enhancement of our reports
  • Analyzing existing data using your SQL skills

Requirements:

  • English AND German language knowledge (at least B2/C1 level)
  • Analytical mindset and familiar with requirement gathering in a financial context
  • Know-How in Data Management/Modelling
  • Able to write SQL queries and is familiar with data models in general
  • Experience in a product-driven environment and and experience with version control tools (Subversion, Git, Bitbucket)
  • Passion for teamwork and continuous learning
  • Responsible and accountable
  • Curious and treating all people with respect
  • At least 4+ years of work experience

Salary and Benefits:

A competitive and performance-related salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications is granted - the minimum wage for this position in accordance with the respective collective agreement is EUR 52.136,-- gross per year.
