Unlock Your Potential as a SAP Logistics Expert

As a member of our global support team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of highly automated warehouses worldwide. You will be responsible for familiarizing yourself with new software, including SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management), and working closely with our project teams to develop and implement efficient logistics solutions.

  • You will receive comprehensive onboarding and mentorship to help you navigate your role and contribute to the success of our team.
  • After your training phase, your primary goal will be to ensure the operation of our customers' warehouses and restore them in the event of disruptions.
  • You will also support our project teams during the ramp-up phase, familiarizing yourself with processes on site in the warehouse and creating documentation for IT and logistics processes.
  • Your solutions will ensure that our customers' shelves are always full and that orders from online shops can be delivered on time.

What We're Looking For

  • You have a basic IT education and a good general understanding of IT.
  • You are self-motivated and able to work independently, but also know when to ask for help from your colleagues.
  • You have a strong communication skills and are able to present your solutions convincingly to customers.
  • You are interested in new technologies, such as SAP, and enjoy learning new things.
  • You are fluent in English or German (language level B2) and are willing to travel 50% in the first year (25% afterwards).

About Us

Your salary will depend on your previous professional experience, skills, and commitment. The minimum salary according to the collective agreement is 3,077.00 € (IT KV/ST1) gross per month.
