Role Description

This role requires a Senior Manager, Enterprise Solution Architecture, to lead a team of highly skilled enterprise executive architects and facilitate engagements directly with customers through our Inspire program. The candidate is responsible for defining key engagement models for their territory and leading a group of seasoned executive architects in working with our most innovative customers.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a customer-centric mentality, willing to go the extra mile for the customer and break down barriers to ensure customer success. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of senior executive Enterprise Architects consultants in working with our most strategic customers
  • Creating and developing senior executive and Cxx customer relationships
  • Understanding a customer's business strategy and articulating how ServiceNow can enable and deliver value to their organization
  • Providing thought leadership in terms of looking beyond technology and considering the value it creates for our customers
Requirements

In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
  • A track record of leading a diverse, experienced group of senior executive Enterprise Architects, focused on delivering on customer outcomes across all industries
  • 5 or more years of experience with Enterprise Architecture or Enterprise Strategy
