Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will oversee market day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and optimization of financial processes with special focus on the Austrian market.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage financial planning and analysis to inform business decisions
- Oversee accounting and financial reporting to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and optimize financial performance
- Identify and implement process improvements and best practices to enhance operational efficiency
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience in a senior accounting role, ideally across multiple markets
- Strong knowledge of Austrian accounting and tax regulations
- Experience in statutory accounting and transfer pricing
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
- Fluency in German and English; additional European languages are a plus
