About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Process Manager to join our team at PALFINGER AG. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing global strategies for processes and data in collaboration with our Senior Process Manager for the focus areas Supply Planning and Inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement standardized data collection, data handling, and system entry processes to enable data-driven decision making.
- Ensure knowledge sharing and experience exchange across regions and sites, focusing on best practices in supply chain management.
- Model, standardize, and document processes, and train local experts during roll-outs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in supply chain management.
Requirements
- Academic degree or proven track record in supply chain management, business administration, industrial engineering, or related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Several years of professional experience with ERP systems, especially SAP.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a strong interest in process improvement.
- Proficient in German and English, with willingness to travel occasionally.

Compensation
The minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 50,118 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
