Internship HR AnalyticsWe're looking for an ambitious Business Analyst Intern who will help us build and maintain our HR analytics capabilities. As an intern in the Group People & Culture team, you'll have the opportunity to work with agile-organized teams in an international environment.
- Develop and implement data extraction and transformation workflows using KNIME from systems of records (SAP SuccessFactors and SAP/HCM)
- Analyze data inconsistencies and automate data quality indicators in collaboration with data stewards
- Create and update Tableau KPI dashboards in consultation with department heads
- Collaborate with HR Reporting teams and Data Quality Management teams across Erste Group countries
- Work on Databricks environment, orchestrating SQL/Python workflows and building data models
As a successful candidate, you'll be currently enrolled at a University or University of Applied Sciences with a technical or business economic focus. You'll have experience with one or more data analysis tools, programming languages, and/or databases such as Python, R, Knime, Tableau, Impala, ELK Stack, Hadoop, etc. A strong team player with excellent communication skills is essential for this role.
