Job Title: IT Risk Management Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Risk Management Specialist to join our team at Raiffeisen Bank International AG. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating and mitigating IT risks across the organization, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and assess IT risks across the organization, identifying areas of high risk and developing strategies for mitigation.
  • Develop and implement IT risk management policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to identify and implement controls to mitigate IT risks.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including IT teams, business leaders, and regulatory bodies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements, ensuring that our risk management practices are aligned with best practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in IT risk management, IT security, or a related field.
  • Relevant certification, such as CRISC, CGEIT, CISA, or COBIT.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
