About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Application Manager to join our Digital Banking Operations team at Erste Digital GmbH. As an Application Manager, you will be responsible for the stable operation of our supported services in the Digital Banking and Payments environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth operation of our applications and services
- Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues
- Document changes and adaptations in various documentation tools
- Work with our team to develop and optimize operational and business processes
- Manage incidents and ensure minimal downtime
Requirements:
- Experience in application operation and performance monitoring
- Familiarity with Cloud and/or On-prem infrastructure
- Good knowledge of Unix and Red Hat Enterprise Linux
- Ability to work in a team and excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of scripting and programming languages, especially for web applications with Java, JavaScript, and HTML
- Excellent English and German skills, both written and verbal
