We are part of Erste Group, the largest banking group in Central and Eastern Europe. Our talented team consists of more than 2,000 IT experts who form the bank's digital backbone.


The Self-Service Platforms (SSP) department is responsible for developing, integrating, and managing strategic platforms like the Enterprise CMDB, which serves as Erste Digital's central platform for all ITIL processes. We aim to provide fully automated IT services in a user-friendly self-service environment.


We are seeking an experienced and motivated Technical ServiceNow Product Lead to lead new projects on the ServiceNow Platform, including the implementation of DORA requirements. This individual will play a key role in driving innovation and collaboration within our organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize project requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs
  • Create and maintain a well-defined product backlog with clear, actionable user stories
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features and enhancements
  • Foster open communication between stakeholders and development teams, promoting understanding and cooperation
  • Monitor and evaluate product performance, using feedback and data to drive continuous improvement
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our products remain competitive and innovative

You'll Thrive Here If You:



  • Have experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager in a technical or internal services environment
  • Possess knowledge of ITSM processes and tools, such as ServiceNow, is highly valued
  • Understand software development processes, methodologies, and Agile/Scrum principles
  • Have experience with cloud technologies, DevOps practices, microservices architecture, and API management
  • Are familiar with data analytics, machine learning technologies, and security best practices
  • Able to understand and implement concepts involving external system dependencies
  • Enjoy working in agile teams, taking full responsibility for tasks
  • Fluently speak German and English
