Product Manager

We're seeking a highly motivated and personable Product Manager to join our team in Vienna, Austria. As a key member of our Product Team, you will be responsible for developing and managing our KYC products within Moody's Analytics.
In this role, you will work closely with our API product managers, product designers, and development teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality products that meet our clients' KYC requirements.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing detailed specifications for product features and defining backlog items to guide our Agile software development team
- Identifying and resolving product-related issues quickly and efficiently
- Taking ownership of pre-defined development projects, with a focus on quality assurance and stakeholder communication
- Collating and acting on client and stakeholder feedback, assessing value, and shaping requirements and priorities
- Showcasing product features and enhancements
- Identifying areas of improvement for our product portfolio and workflows
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, QA, and customer-facing teams
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years' work experience in similar positions or a university degree in Business and/or IT
- Understanding of software delivery lifecycle and agile methodologies
- A strong appetite for product testing, monitoring live service/product performance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluency in English
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Strong presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in working with international teams
- API knowledge is a plus
Annual base salary gross: €53,900.00. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies.
