The Festival Director is a dynamic, all-encompassing role that combines customer satisfaction, commercial success, and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include gallery sales and relationship management, partnerships, fair content and visitor experience, marketing and PR, operational excellence, finance, budgeting and reporting, development, and team leadership.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a director or manager's role and at least 5 years of experience working in events. Previous art fair or art world experience is preferred, and knowledge of the art market in Austria is highly valued.
