International Management Trainee - Finance

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our International Management Trainee Program in Finance. As a trainee, you will have the opportunity to work on various finance projects, including the development of controlling processes, introduction of new finance systems, and consolidation and IFRS topics.

Responsibilities:

  • Take on responsibility from the start and work on (inter-)national finance projects
  • Design budgets and multi-year plannings
  • Support monthly closings and annual accounts
  • Work on consolidation and IFRS topics
  • Work in three different business areas/trainee stations within 18 months, one of them abroad

Requirements:

  • Possession of a business degree with a focus on finance (Bachelor or Master)
  • Passion for the topics of mobility and digitalization
  • Analytical thinking & affinity for numbers
  • Communication skills, commitment and team spirit
  • First (international) working experience
  • International Mobility
  • Very good knowledge of German and English (C1), other languages are an advantage
