Global Supply Chain Management Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Supply Chain Management Expert to join our team in Wals, Austria. As a key member of our international supply chain management department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our global logistics network.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Researching and analyzing relevant topics related to our global supply chain to provide valuable insights to our buying teams
  • Evaluating supply chain costs for our international buying department to inform strategic purchasing decisions
  • Developing and implementing effective operational agendas to drive efficiency and productivity across our supply chain
  • Serving as a central point of contact for our international buying teams, providing expert guidance on logistics processes and supply chain management best practices

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our international departments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve supply chain performance. Your expertise and knowledge will be essential in onboarding new and existing suppliers, ensuring they meet our high standards for quality and service.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A completed university degree with a focus on supply chain management or several years of experience in the field (e.g. freight forwarding)
  • Proficient English language skills, both written and spoken
  • An in-depth understanding of logistics processes, transportation, and supply networks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners

We offer a competitive salary ranging from €52,700 per year, based on your qualifications and experience. In addition to your base salary, you can expect a range of benefits, including:
