Senior Product Security Specialist

At Dynatrace, we're looking for a highly skilled Senior Product Security Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Product Security Engineering team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our product.
About the Role:We're seeking a seasoned security professional with a strong background in cloud security, web application security, and secure coding practices. Your expertise will help us identify and prioritize security issues, provide risk transparency, and support our engineering teams in improving the security level of our product.
You'll work closely with our engineering teams to develop and implement secure design principles, software development best practices, and security tools. Your experience with secure development lifecycle, threat modeling, and DevSecOps mindset will be invaluable in helping us achieve our security goals.
Responsibilities:- Identify and prioritize security issues, providing risk transparency and supporting engineering teams in improving security
- Develop and implement secure design principles, software development best practices, and security tools
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure secure development lifecycle and threat modeling
- Drive the security strategy and roadmap in your area of responsibility
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats and technologies, providing recommendations for improvement
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Security Engineer or similar
- Strong understanding of web application security, cloud security, and secure coding practices
- Broad understanding of information security and ability to explain complex security topics to diverse stakeholders
- Experience with secure development lifecycle, threat modeling, and DevSecOps mindset
- Familiarity with security tools, such as SAST, DAST, and vulnerability scanning
