Job Overview

The Regional On The Road (OTR) manager will drive operational excellence in OTR operations and delivery experience by leveraging relationships with stakeholders. This role will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards around delivery engagement and creating a culture of collaboration between operations and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safety: Collaborate with OTR safety and site operations to deliver regional safety metrics.
  • Performance: Lead performance improvement across the region, providing regular visibility into key performance indicators.
  • Experience: Create sustainable business practices that foster a collaborative culture between operations and delivery teams.
  • Cost: Work with site operations and ACES to optimize routing efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Capacity Management: Develop and execute regional resourcing plans to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Programme & Project ownership: Coordinate OTR ACES and OTR Safety projects across the region.

Requirements

  • Degree Qualification or equivalent
  • Direct management experience in logistics, manufacturing, engineering, production, or distribution
  • Experience with planning, performance metrics, and process improvement
