Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional service: Exceed residents and guests' expectations by preparing mise-en-place in assigned areas, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience.
• Support department goals: Actively contribute to the achievement of department objectives and implement new policies and company initiatives as assigned.
• Maintain a positive team environment: Foster a collaborative atmosphere by working closely with colleagues to ensure a high level of service delivery.
• Record working hours accurately: Ensure all working hours, including overtime, are recorded accurately on timesheets for each time period worked.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization: Maintain all areas in accordance with company policy and public health standards, ensuring a clean and organized environment for guests and colleagues.
• Prepare mise-en-place: Ensure waiter stations, food pass areas, coffee stations, buffets, and condiments are ready before and after service, adhering to company standards.
• Check mise-en-place: Conduct regular checks on waiter stations, food pass areas, coffee stations, and service areas to ensure they are prepared and maintained to the highest standards.
• Assist with opening and closing duties: Support the Chef de Rang/Demi Chef de Rang in opening and closing duties of the restaurants, particularly in the back areas.

• Cultural adaptability: Experience working in a multi-cultural environment and the ability to adapt to diverse situations.
• Language proficiency: Fluent English language skills, with the ability to read, write, and speak the language.
• Additional language: One additional language (German, French, Italian, Spanish) is preferred.

Minimum Salary: EUR 2,100.00 gross per month based on full-time employment. Willingness to overpay.
