We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our international team at Doka GmbH in Austria. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization.

About the Role:

  • This role involves supporting the KAPS unit at Doka HQ, providing expertise in PowerBI management, data analysis, and reporting.
  • You will also be responsible for administrative tasks, travel arrangements, and other ad hoc duties as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage PowerBI reports: Regular updates, collaboration with departments, and critical assessment of requests.
  2. Data analysis and reporting: Perform data analysis and preparation for Global Key Account Management and Business Development.
  3. Schedule and coordinate internal meetings and events.
  4. Arrange travel for team members, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  5. Support various administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Completed education: HTL or HAK
  • Excellent communication skills in German & English (written and verbal), additional languages a plus
  • Technical experience with PowerBI: Knowledge of manual updates and live data transition
  • Microsoft Office proficiency: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Self-motivation and initiative: Critical thinking and proactive suggestions
  • Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly
  • Demonstrate professionalism, maturity, and respect in all interactions

Working Conditions:

  • Flexible working hours: Minimum 20 hours/week, full-time option available
  • International team environment fostering intercultural communication and global market insight

Compensation:

  • A competitive salary based on qualifications and experience
  • The minimum annual gross salary for this position is EUR 35,726, based on a full-time schedule of 38.5 hours/week
