About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Frontend Developer to join our dynamic software engineering team at Dynatrace. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining web applications using React and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and Develop high-quality, user-friendly web applications that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Collaborate with our cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of our applications.
  • Write Clean Code that is maintainable, efficient, and follows best practices.
  • Optimize and Enhance the performance and user experience of our applications.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve our codebase.
  • Debug and resolve different kinds of software problems, including performance and security issues.

Requirements

  • Technical Studies in Software Engineering or a related field.
  • 3+ Years of Experience in developing web-based software using JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Proficient in core web technologies like HTML and CSS.
  • Team Player with a proactive approach and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in working in an agile environment.
  • Familiarity with accessibility principles and UX/design concepts is a plus.

Compensation and Rewards

  • We offer a competitive salary, with a minimum of €45,500 gross per year based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week).
  • We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
