Job Title: Dishwasher (m/f/d)

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our kitchen team at a 4*S Hotel in Zell am See, Salzburg, Austria.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring all dishes, utensils, and equipment are properly washed, sanitized, and stored.
  • Set up and maintain dish stations, including dishmachines and sinks, to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Ensure floors are clean and dry throughout the shift, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Properly wash, stack, and store china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers.
  • Change water in machines and sinks every two hours, or as required by business levels, and use chemical dilutions as set by EcoLab.
  • Assist in timely storing of food deliveries and maintain trash cans throughout the shift.
  • Maintain the dry storage area and organization of storage shelves.
  • Follow posted daily dish cleaning duties and assist in food prep as needed.
Requirements:
  • Good English or German language skills
  • Hospitality-related kitchen experience preferred
  • Planning and multi-tasking skills
  • Self-motivated with a high energy level
