About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT System Engineer – SRE to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and operating our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interface between IT infrastructure and software development teams
  • Consulting and operational support in an international environment
  • Design, implementation, operation, and optimization of IT infrastructures
  • Design, implementation, operation, and optimization of Kubernetes clusters with Rancher
  • Work with tools and platforms such as GitHub Enterprise, Artifactory, Terraform, Ansible, and Azure
  • Ensuring availability and service quality

Requirements

  • Relevant technical education
  • Several years of experience in DevOps engineering, virtualization, and cloud technologies
  • Several years of experience with Windows and Linux environments
  • Knowledge of configuration management and orchestration (Terraform, Ansible)
  • Knowledge of container technologies (Rancher Kubernetes) is an advantage
  • Passion for new technologies
  • Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
  • Independent handling of projects
  • Very good German and English skills
