Global Supply Chain Financial Director

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our global supply chain financial operations. As a Supply Chain Controller, you will be at the forefront of managing and directing our company's financial planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employ your expertise in planning and strategy development to craft and sharpen financial plans for our global supply chain
  • Establish precise inventory and replenishment forecasting to ensure seamless operations
  • Direct month-end closing activities using systems like SAP ERP, SAP BW, Hyperion Financial Management or SAP IBP with high-quality accuracy and timeliness
  • Drive strategic decision-making through vigilant reporting and analysis, providing comprehensive data-driven insights
  • Support the monthly S&OP process from a controlling perspective, aligning operations and financial planning to guarantee supply for our demand

In this role, you will work closely with our Headquarter Operations and global subsidiaries to navigate and control the financial aspects of our supply chain. Your advanced analytics skills will provide keen insights into actual inventories, production output, or replenishment flows against financial plans.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Supply Chain, Supply Chain Controlling, or a similar field
  • Degree in business administration with a focus on Finance/Controlling/Logistics/Supply Chain Management
  • Excellent knowledge of English; German is a plus
  • Experience in the area of supply chain planning and familiarity with SAP ERP (FI/CO, SD), SAP TM, SAP BI, and Oracle Hyperion is beneficial
  • Good command of advanced analytics and data visualization tools such as Python, R, PowerBI, or Tableau will be a plus

The estimated salary for this position is EUR 2,229 gross per month, which reflects the market-oriented compensation package based on industry standards.
