About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Specialist to join our team at ISG Personalmanagement GmbH. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting PV and BESS project planning, including the creation of key figures, the development of calculations, and strategic support for planning in all phases. Additionally, they will be responsible for communication with authorities and external stakeholders through regular reporting.

Responsibilities:
• Supporting PV and BESS project planning
• Creating key figures and calculations
• Strategic support for planning in all phases
• Communication with authorities and external stakeholders through regular reporting

Requirements:
• Commercial or technical training, or basic knowledge of business administration or law
• Basic knowledge of renewable energies, technology, or the property industry
• Very good knowledge of English and Romanian
• Strong communication and solution-orientated skills, with negotiating skills and a pragmatic approach
