Salary
The monthly minimum salary, as per the collective agreement, is EUR 3,248.7 gross for full-time employment. We offer a market-compliant remuneration package, and your salary will be based on your qualifications and experience.

About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Country Controller to support strategic decisions and corporate management in our CEE region. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the planning process, earnings analyses, and forecast calculations for VIG Group companies. You will also collaborate with local project teams to implement initiatives and prepare reports for the Supervisory Board.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in regional planning and performance analysis.
  • Closely cooperate with the VIG Managing Board member to support strategic decision-making.
  • Implement local projects and ensure their successful execution.
  • Develop and submit reports and ad-hoc analyses for the Supervisory Board.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Several years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in financial or analysis-related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities.
  • Initiative, proactive approach, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Solution-oriented, independent, and responsible working style.
  • Very good knowledge of English; knowledge of a CEE language is an asset.
  • Confident handling of MS-Office.
  • Willingness to travel.
