Learning and Development Specialist

At Dynatrace, our Global Talent Development, People & Culture (P&C) organization is seeking a Learning & Development Advisor to join our global learning team.

We're on a mission to create software that works perfectly, and we need innovative learning solutions to enhance employee experiences globally.

This role is all about creating holistic learning experiences, building leadership and team capabilities, and enabling Dynatrace to be a leader in the tech industry.

As a Learning & Development Advisor, you will work closely with People & Culture Business Partners, global Talent Partners, and Talent Management functions to support development, career growth, and strategic alignment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing, implementing, and measuring learning solutions using best practices and blended learning modalities
  • Developing and owning key global talent development solutions aligned with P&C strategies and Dynatrace business goals
  • Conducting workshops for various audience sizes and settings, using various learning technologies and modalities to engage learners
  • Utilizing facilitation, coaching, instructional design, and strategic consulting skills in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to address skill gaps and ensure a globally consistent learning experience

Requirements include:

  • Hands-on experience in multi-modal, multi-audience, global learning program design and facilitation
  • A big appetite for innovation in creating impactful learning experiences and using learning technologies
  • A strong consultative and feedback-oriented approach to designing solutions
  • Agility, resilience, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and complex environment
