In our IT department, we support thousands of international users. We cover the entire spectrum of IT, from software development, IT procurement, product management, and support to classical IT operations with our own data centers and internal service desks. Our team of 500 IT professionals is looking for a Requirements Engineer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and lead requirements workshops for internal software projects
- Collect and analyze requirements for modeling and implementing new solution approaches
- Formulate requirement packages in collaboration with the UI/UX team and lead developer
- Support the development of project-specific decision-making documents
- Optimize and improve process-related requirements analysis and quality management
- Become the point of contact for all technical and functional requirements and support the configuration and operation of our Atlassian product portfolio (Jira and Confluence)
- Completed studies in IT (computer science, IT management, business informatics, etc.) or equivalent training
- Several years of experience in requirements engineering and conducting requirements workshops
- Practical experience with Atlassian products and technical basic knowledge
- Good knowledge of Java, JavaScript, CSS, and web technologies (REST, XML, API)
