Senior Corporate Governance Lawyer

We are currently supporting our client in the search for a Senior Corporate Governance Lawyer who will join the legal department. This role involves:
- Serving as a key consultant to the board of directors and management team
- Providing legal support to branches, particularly in general civil law and inheritance law
- Supporting all departments with legal matters; reviewing internal regulations and processes
- Processing labour law issues in the HR department and banking, capital market, and commercial law issues
- Assisting the data protection officer with national and international projects from a data protection perspective
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A completed Austrian degree in law
- At least three years of banking experience or equivalent relevant professional experience in a law firm
- Excellent German and English language skills
