Position Overview:
We are seeking an SAP In-house Expert specializing in Financial Accounting and Controlling (FI/CO) to enhance our Finance Department, which encompasses Accounting, Controlling, and Procurement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary advisor for the Finance Department on all matters related to financial processes within the SAP FI and CO modules, providing solutions, enhancements, and guidance.
- Deliver technical operational support while identifying additional requirements, planning, and customizing the SAP FI and CO modules.
- Lead projects across the entire end-to-end process.
- Customize and execute functional and integration testing.
- Manage, process, and analyze incidents within SAP S/4HANA.
- Collaborate with external implementation partners and service providers.
Candidate Profile:
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience with SAP, either as a technical consultant or as an in-house expert.
- A degree in business informatics, business administration, or industrial engineering (or a comparable qualification).
Soft Skills:
- Team-oriented, proactive, and collaborative.
- Strong organizational skills, resilience, and a results-driven mindset.
- Fluency in English is essential.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in SAP S4/HANA Finance, with expertise in:
- Controlling: Understanding profitability management, planning, actuals, transfer pricing, and reporting.
- Accounting: Comprehensive knowledge of P2P and O2C processes, including VIM & SD, Cash Management, Asset Accounting, and Group Reporting.
- Procurement: Familiarity with purchase orders and material groups.
- Experience in optimizing and automating workflows through scripting and automated jobs.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, ABAP, or VBA is advantageous.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
