Vintage Fashion Specialist

We are an expanding vintage wholesaler looking for a passionate Vintage Fashion Specialist to join our team. If you have a keen eye for sustainable fashion and enjoy working with international customers, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for various tasks including online and face-to-face sales, logistics work, social media management, and product quality control. You will also play a vital role in helping us expand our business and grow as a company.

Vintage Wholesale Europe is a pioneering company in the field of vintage and second-hand wholesale in Austria and one of the largest in Europe. We pride ourselves on our unique approach to sustainability and our commitment to providing high-quality products to our customers.

Your primary duties will include:

• Sales: Developing and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers, both online and offline, to drive sales growth and meet targets.
• Logistics: Coordinating the smooth delivery of products to customers, ensuring timely and efficient handling of orders.
• Social Media: Managing our social media presence to engage with customers, promote products, and build brand awareness.
• Quality Control: Conducting regular checks to ensure that products meet our high standards of quality and authenticity.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A strong passion for sustainable fashion and vintage clothing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A disciplined work ethic and attention to detail.
• Fluent English language skills (other foreign languages welcome).
