Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated

Team Leader for Supply Chain Business Processes with a focus on Planning

(m/f/d) to oversee our global ERP rollouts across MM Packaging facilities.

Your Responsibilities Include:
  • Supervising the planning, procurement, and job preparation teams.
  • Executing and supporting the global deployment of our ERP System (Microsoft Dynamics 365), with a primary focus on Supply Chain for our divisional solutions.
  • Specifying, designing, developing, documenting, testing, implementing, and continuously enhancing necessary processes within the supply chain domain.
  • Acting as a key member of the global Business Demand team, responsible for the implementation of the group-wide ERP system across all facilities.
  • Serving as the primary liaison between users and IT, translating business needs into process specifications for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Utilizing your understanding of processes and technologies in the global packaging sector to drive improvements.
  • Supporting local key users through training and testing during the implementation and ongoing development of our business processes.

Candidate ProfileYour Qualifications:
  • A degree in economics and/or a technical field.
  • Relevant professional experience in supply chain management and integrated business processes, particularly in Planning and Job preparation.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle), with a preference for experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • A collaborative team player with proven leadership abilities in a multifunctional agile environment.
  • A hands-on approach complemented by an analytical mindset.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% and work in a project-oriented setting.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (C-Level proficiency); knowledge of German is a plus.
