We are a fast-growing company in the field of workforce management and industrial digitalization. Our cloud solutions, Workheld Flow and Workheld Call, are collaboration and communication tools for manufacturing companies. Together, we are digitizing the automated future.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop new features, APIs, and modules on the Workheld platform
  • Understand technical requirements and design a high-performing architecture
  • Review pull requests of other team members to maintain code quality
  • Ensure a stable development environment and automated deployments
Requirements:
  • Solid technical knowledge in Java, REST, Spring, Hibernate, Docker, and MS SQL
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, including Azure DevOps, GitHub, and Jira
  • Experience with WebRTC streaming servers, Azure ACS, Twilio, or similar technologies is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and previous experience developing B2B SaaS or ERP software
  • Comfortable communicating verbally and in writing in both German and English on a daily basis
